If for any reason you are not satisfied with your book, return it in re-sellable condition to receive credit towards your next purchase or a full refund. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on reports or software, and a $35.00 rental fee applies to each returned videotape. Shipping and handling fees are not reimbursable.
Seminar Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your registration, contact (206) 824-4434. Our refund policy offers a full refund fifteen (15) days or more prior to seminar. If it is less than fifteen (15) days, no refund is made, however, a credit will be issued that can be applied to a future seminar or other merchandise, or an alternate attendee may attend in your place.
